Pilates
The Pilates Method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the bodies postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement. Work based Asssessments
All too often the route of a problem may be with a person's workspace, whether it is a desk, their driving position or simply the way they carry out their duties. Our team can visit your place of work and assess you "in situ" to be able to offer advice on prevention methods and exercises to help you overcome any problems you may be facing. Knee Surgery
If you require knee surgery, you will benefit from up-to-date technology. Using keyhole surgery (arthroscopy) to remove torn cartilages can result in a rapid recovery. Most people are admitted, operated on and return home on the same day. However, if you have travelled a distance to the hospital, you may need an overnight stay. Keyhole techniques are used for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructive surgery and the majority of people return home the day following their surgery, walking with the aid of crutches and without a brace.
The surgeons have access to DePuy's knee navigation system, which is start-of-the-art in knee replacement technology. This computer-assisted system provides the surgeon with very precise information, allowing him to ensure that the replacement is perfectly aligned.

Hip Replacement
The surgeons perform standard hip replacement, as well as Birmingham hip resurfacing, and provide treatment for a wide range of conditions. The operation your consultant prescribes will be dependent on the type of hip disease, your age and bone quality. A team of specialist physiotherapists will be on hand to help with your post-operative care and rehabilitation.
