Open to everyone
The Jonathan Webb clinic at Spire Hospital Bristol is open to everyone, whether or not you are covered by Spire or another private insurer. If you do not have private medical insurance, you will be asked to pay for your treatment on the day of your appointment. Accepted methods of payment are debit or credit card, cheque or cash.
If you are covered by private medical insurance, please contact your insurer in advance to ensure that your treatment has been authorised and to find out whether you will require a referral letter from your GP. You will need to bring your insurance details with you.
Inclusive Care
If you do not have private medical insurance or you have exclusions on your policy, our Inclusive Care* scheme means you can pay for treatment yourself. Once your consultant has confirmed that you are suitable for Inclusive Care treatment, you?ll receive a guaranteed fixed price, confirmed in advance, so you have the reassurance of knowing that there will be no hidden extras.
If your consultant advises that Inclusive Care is not an appropriate option for you, a self-funding alternative is available.

The clinic office is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.
