Jeremy Field is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon qualified in London; he went to Cambridge to work in plastics where he developed an interest in hand surgery. Eighty percent of his work is in hand surgery and the remainder is general orthopaedics and foot surgery. He has a particular interest in Dupuytren's disease and arthritis and consequently joint replacement in the hand.
