sports massage & personal training
|
Wendy Oliver (Sports Massage & Personal Training) Wendy has been practicing sports massage for 7 years. During that time, she has provided treatment to a range of clients including athletes, office-workers and people with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders including neck and back pain. Wendy is also a qualified personal trainer. Combined with the experience she has gained working alongside chiropractors, osteopaths and physiotherapists, this has enabled her to achieve a good understanding of the role of massage therapy in conjunction with injury rehabilitation and specific strength and conditioning training.
Wendy has a specific interest in posture and core stability and will always include and combine techniques into treatment and training to enhance such benefits.
Rupert Penny MGCP has trained in sports and body massage, fitness assessment and instruction and sports therapy rehabilitation.
