Tim Hill (Sports Massage & Personal Training) Tim is a qualified and experienced personal trainer, and in addition to his skills in fitness instruction, he is also a member of the Sports Massage Association and Sports Therapy Organisation. Tim's experience has allowed him a good understanding of the role of massage therapy in conjunction with injury rehabilitation, and specific strength and conditioning training. Tim also currently runs pilates and kettle bell training classes for small groups, which allow close supervision and attention to technique. Tim offers a holistic personal training and sports massage therapy service, and can offer nutritional advice and personalised fitness programmes tailored to his clients' needs.
Tim is also a keen cyclist, skier, snowboader, surfer, runner and martial artist and is presently training towards his Black Sash in Lau Gar Kung Fu. With his exercise background forming a broad spectrum of disciplines, he knows how to make exercise challenging, specific and fun in order to help you achieve the best results.
